The U/H have uploaded requisition documents including deposited consent fee Rs 12500/-vide online payment receipt no: - 633329460, Dated: - 2021-06-08 for five years.
As the site has got inspected. The unit is found operating & funtion……The PCDs/PCMs have found adopted. Detailed I/R is submitted in the form of sch-II shown in online….Submitted for N/A at your end for consideration CTO(R)for Five years.

CTO (F) previously granted vide consent No. 54 RDK of 2017 dated 08-02-2017 for a period up to 19-05-2019. The line of activity is manufacturing of cement products at Summerbugh, Lasjan, Budgam. C/f has been deposited of amount Rs. 12,500/- for a period of 05 years. Documents related have been uploaded as reported by DO in his note para. As per Sch II, required pollution control measures have been adopted. Legal status of the case needs to be verified (as the unit is located outside industrial area). Also Sch II (column 12) needs to be corrected for the production capacity of "paving blocks". |
