The examination of the case revealed that the Hotelier have applied for CTE(F) for the establishment of the Hotel with the capacity of 60 Nos Rooms Attach Bath Rooms and 80 Seater Restaurant as per D.P.R.under the name & style M/S HOTEL GRAND MUMTAZ located at RAJ BAGH,SRINAGAR . The U/H have uploaded requisition documents .Consent fee needs to deposit Rs 7500/-[Rs 6000/- for Hotel & Rs 1500/- for Restaurant] .. Sewerage Treatment Plant 60 KLD has been proposed .. ….. The unit is falling under Orange category. The PCDs/PCMs is proposed mentioned in D.P.R vide page no:-15-22……..Detailed I/R is in the form of SCH-II shown in on-line along with photographs shown in view letter. The case is recommended for CTE(F) .
