This is a CTO fresh case for manufacturing of joinery items at DKPORA Shopian operational since 2021 and deposited C F worth Rs:1300/: as per our circular dt:7-12-2010 validity period upto December,2023. PCD,s/PCM,s provided are closed shed, stack for DG set, and some apple trees exists on two sides of the unit,.R/A is 50mts away but two residencial houses are at an approx.distance of 10mts,PHC is 300mts away,EI is 200mts away , no old age home exists in the area till date, so case is submitted for further processing. Photographic evidences taken on spot are uploaded in attach letter. |

Direct case of CTO(F) of joinery unit in favour of M/s Manzoor Joinery Mill located at D.K.Pora, Shopian. Inspection report reveals that the unit has been established in 2021 and Residential area is at 50 m, however, 02 RHs are at 10 m (column 10 g of Sch II). Field report further reveals that PCMs provided are satisfactory (Sch II S.No. 34/35) and no complaint is reported against the unit so far (Sch II column 38). Document uploaded reflects that the Forest area is 11.4 km from the site. CF deposited is for an amount of Rs. 1300/- in the light of the circular dated 07/12/2010. Before the case is decided for CTO(F), 1. The applicant may obtain NOC from nearby 02 RHs. 2. DPR needs to be corrected w.r.t. the installed capacity (UNITS). Hence submitted.

Sir, in light of the observations made previously, the concerned Inspecting Officer has now uploaded NOC from nearby residents uploaded in View letter endorsed by DO. The productions details are also reflected in the same note para. Hence, case is submitted for CTO(F) in light of field report with usual terms and conditions in vogue for such activity including the specific conditions for 1. Periodic Noise Monitoring. 2. Fire Safety measures to be adopted and 3. In case of any genuine complaint the unit shall be closed. 4. Refrain from open burning of wood waste. |
